Chapter Fifteen

When I walked out of the room, I noticed him standing outside, and when he looked at me, his eyes were drawn to my hand. I was carrying two large bags containing my belongings.

Before he sat on the sofa, I heard him click his tongue and stare at the luggage I was carrying.

"So you're leaving," he said coldly, shrugging his shoulders.

"Well, it's been years; just close the door when you leave," he said sternly, it's like he's talking to a total stranger.

Is it because he doesn't care about the years we've spent together that he can tell me to leave like nothing? That's so cruel of him.

I took a big step away from him, tightening my grip on my bag. I went straight to the twins' room and quietly entered to say my goodbyes. But when I finally saw them, I dropped my bags as soon as I shut the door.

I approached the bed slowly and noticed them sleeping in each other's arms.
