Chapter 6: Back To Home

Rebecca's POV

I didn't want to take this human's help. But in that situation, I didn't have any other choice rather than to take his help. These humans may look weak but I couldn't ignore the fact that human-like them are the hunters, who kill creatures like us. And to its worst, the human starts experimenting on us in their science lab.

But this human was kind. Though I was not a big fan of humans, I knew that I would be forever in debt to him for helping me at that phase of my life when I was at my weakest phase of life.

Once he left the room leaving me and my pup in the room, I looked toward my pup which I hadn't until now. Before she could have understood anything, her baby started evaporating in thin air, revealing a spirit of Jasper in front of me.

'If you are listening to me then I believe that you succeeded in escaping, wifey. Our pup is with me, he was really weak that's why I had brought him to the hospital, a real one and Isla had used her power to create a fake pup.', He grinned and I wanted to break all his teeth. 'Now behave like a good girl and come back to me. And if you dare to open a word against me in front of your family and I am afraid you would ever able to see your pup's face.'

I hit on his face but he stood in front of me unaffected. Soon, his spirit vanished into the thin air.

'Breath in...Breath out...Breath in...Breath out.', I continued to mutter because my anger was not letting me think that what should I do?

Should I go back to that bastard to bring my pup back? But I was afraid that I would end up screwing this thing a little more than it was already.

It was a decision time for me either I had to keep myself OR I had to try to keep my pup safe.

And call me selfish, I chose the first option for now. 'I am sorry, baby. I won't come back to that hell for you.', A lone tear escaped from my eyes. This was all my fault if I would have listened to dad's words about Jasper then all this wouldn't have happened. My son would not have a father like him. I knew Jasper would take care of him because my son was his golden egg. Also, he could blackmail me only on the name of my son.

I didn't let that human enter the room because I was afraid what would I answer if he figured out that my pup was not in the room. To hide my fear, I kept a poker expression on my face. In fact, I snapped at him when he was just being gentlemen.

I had to contact my family but my wolf was still sleeping so I could mind-l**k them. But I could call them and the only dad had a phone because he had many human friends, rest no one in the home use the phone and hell I myself didn't know how to use it.

I mentally promise to learn how to use it. Thankfully Oliver helped me with that as well.

'Vince here.', I sighed as I recognized the voice. I didn't know I was holding my breath until that moment.

.

"Da...dad", I couldn't control my tears when I heard his voice. It's been such a long time since I last talked with him. I saw Oliver leaving from there and I was really thankful to him for that.

.

"Princess?", He asked me, I could sense his shock and surprise.

.

"I need your help, dad. I need...you to come and take me away from here.", I choked on my words and couldn't stop the tears that kept falling from my eyes.

.

"Yes...Yes..Where are you? Imagine the things around you and I will be right there.', He quickly said without asking any questions, I guess he knew something wasn't right with me. I looked around and tried to picture everything in my mind by closing my mind.

.

Just a moment after I imagined everything, I felt someone touch my cheek. Slowly I opened my eyes and started crying when I saw dad knelt in front of me. He looked shocked and mad as he took in my appearance. I quickly hugged him like my life was dependent on him.

.

"Dad, just leave a thank you note and take me from here.", I sobbed and whispered in his ear. I felt his nodding and in the next moment, he carried me slowly bridal style, making sure that not to hurt me in any way and soon teleported us god knows where! Well, as long as he was with me I didn't need to worry.

With him, I knew that I was safe now. After all, he was the most powerful creature for a reason.

"You look like a ghost all pale and malnourished.", He said before putting me down on the couch very slowly. Without saying a word, he held my hand and started chanting something which was beyond my understanding and I felt myself like Bella of Twilight, who was getting better in each moment when she was transformed from human to Vampire.

In the same way, I was getting back into my shape. And the moment he ended chanting the spell, I was sure that I was looking just a Princess not like a beggar anymore.

I didn't realize that my tears already fell on my cheek. "I am so sorry, dad. I was damn so stupid.", I said ashamed of myself.

.

He shushed me. "No, you were not stupid. You just wanted to find love and meet the wrong mate.", He said that made me cry harder because he was right.

.

But why did this happen to me?

.

"I thought he loved me but he just wanted me just because I was your daughter.", I cried. He wiped my tears with his thumb. Oh, I thought I won't be able to meet my superheroes again. After a while, I started sharing each and everything with me, among all the five kids. I was the only one who was close to dad instead of mom. In fact, I still remember that when I had my first period I had shared with dad instead of with mom.

"Jasper has my pup, dad. And he wanted me to return to him but there is no way I am going back at any cost.", I said in determination.

"Do you know what are you saying, Princess? You are a marked woman and your wolf will get mad without her mate. She will need her mate either you want or not.", He reasoned out to which I nodded. I knew that would be painful but I knew how I would control Maira. "Second thing, this decision might put your pup's future in darkness. Jasper will be killed for sure but if by any way your pup follows his footsteps then he will face the same destiny."

I nodded again sadly. "Think about the place where he had kept you. So, that I could check if that bastard was still there.", Dad said to which I did the same but when I opened my eyes after a minute. I knew that he might have run from there. Well, why wouldn't he? He knew my father's powers. All he needed to be any connection which the person could reach at any place for the first time.

"You know your possessive brothers, only sister, and mother would kill me for hiding this fact from them.", He chuckled and shook his head and I gave him my best puppy look.

"Please...Please...Please."

He looked at me for a while and caressed my cheek. "I am sorry Princess. I should have to keep you safe from all the problems.", He said sadly.

"It was not your fault, dad. Everyone had warned me but I threatened everyone that I would run away with Jasper and you guys somewhere agreed. Just for me.", I admitted and lowered my eyes.

.

We both knew that what would happen if my siblings would find out, I don't think mom and dad would be required anymore. All four of them would search for Jasper in the entire world and would take rest only after killing him but I was worried that this may end my only chance to have my pup back.

.

"Anyway, leave that topic, now, time to go back home after four months.", He said I closed my eyes and nodded.

I couldn't tell how happy I was for finally going back home.

How sorry I was for not listening to everyone's warning from the beginning.

.

"Oh dad, I need one more help.", I said quickly before he would have teleported us home. "The human, Oliver, Can you please check that if I could help him in any way?", He smiled and nodded.

I gulped nervously when I found myself at home. I knew everyone could smell or feel my presence. And there you go, Andrella, my elder sister appeared in front of all black clothes. I could tell she was shocked to see me here at this time with our father. Mom and two of my elder brothers came running from three directions smelling my scent.

I sighed and stroked my hair nervously. "Hey Everyone?"

.

The next thing I knew three of my elder siblings almost jumped on me and hugged me tightly. Thank God. I was a werewolf otherwise, I would have been dead due to lack of oxygen. "We missed you.", They said and one by one everyone kissed my forehead.

Before I knew it, Mom took me away from them and wrapped her arms in a tight embrace.

"I am glad that you are here, Princess.", She said and I nodded with my head on her chest.

God, I missed everyone.

"Well, she is back for forever, "Dad added, clearing his throat. I felt everyone would ask me tones of questions but my siblings sighed in relief. I knew mom was hard to convince on this fact.

.

"Mom, what is this commotion about?", Keith, one of my elder brothers, came down wiping his glasses. His glasses are his eyes because he couldn't see a thing without them. Not to forget, he is a complete NERD. Once, he wore his glass, his eyes widened. "Rebecca?", He asked in disbelief what he saw before took me from my mother's arms and gave me a tight hug.

"Keith...you would kill me.", I gasped when he tightened his hand around my body. Generally, he acts completely like a human but whenever he expresses feelings called LOVED, he becomes powerful enough to kill even a werewolf.

He laughed. "It's so good to see you, Princess."

.

I smiled. "It is good to be here, back home.", I said to them.

.

"So, how is it?", Andrella smirked. "Did you find out that your mate was never a good choice for you?"

.

"By I am glad that you are back even after four months", Benjamin, the eldest among all, spoke with a wide smile without knowing the truth behind my reason.

.

I chuckled and nodded. "Yeah, something like that."

.

"I hope you could easily forget all the worst memories of your life with him.", Keith said lightly and I gave him another nod, didn't know how to respond to him without crying my heart out.

If only he knew.

I turned my head to my mom who seemed oddly quiet and kept his eyes on me.

"What happened, mom?", I asked worriedly if she found out the real reason.

.

"I just hope it is the real reason.", She spoke shortly and looked toward dad, making me shocked. God! Did she know already? "Vince, could you come with me for a while?", She asked. Well, she ordered in another way. And soon, they left from there. Mom knew how to get all the secrets revealed from dad that's why I was a bit nervous.

.

"Don't worry about her.", Mattew, my elder brother, and second child of mom and dad said to calm me. "She was just worried for you all these months.", I nodded to him with a small smile.

"By the way guys, Princess is here. So how about a grand party in dad's restaurant on Saturday night?", Benjamin suggested and everyone agreed to it. I smiled looking at everyone. Being back home made me realize everything that I had here and I didn't want to lose it again.

.

How could I stupidly choose my mate from what I had in this family? I almost had lost them for jerk mates like Jasper. Now that I realized that I couldn't have that love chapter in my life which my parents had. I promised not to fall in love ever again, not with my mate.
