"I do.", The moment I said those two words, my mate, Jasper crashed his lips over mine. Finally, I got married to the love of my life, my mate. I felt his canine near the nape of my neck and soon he punched my white skin. I felt my body begin to accept him and our joining was so powerful that I had forgotten about everything and everyone around us. Jasper's canine was sinking deeper into my neck. I wanted to do the same but Jasper had asked me before to mark him during the night. And for his happiness, I agreed to it.

The place where my wedding was arranged was magical. Lines of white roses decorated the aisle. White flower vines hung from the makeshift ceiling we created all over the portion of the orchard where the marriage would be held. A choir of cellos, violins, and a piano was playing classical music. Everyone stood up and looked at the entrance on my arrival. The minute I arrived rose petals slowly dropped from the ceiling like a gentle snow. Then the machines which were installed in every corner filled the entire place with bubbles. I was trying my best not to cry out of happiness. The emblem “J&R” was printed all over the ivory carpet in gold ink.

'All the arrangement was similar to what I had seen in Mom's marriage. And this is what I want in my marriage.', I thought.

 I was warm in my pristine white gown. I wanted a long train, but Jasper had been afraid that he would somehow trip on it. That's why again for his happiness, I settled for a waist-length one. The long lace sleeves of my bolero jacket covered my arms. It barely showed flesh. My gown reflected the prudent, the virginal bride that I was.

My family had arranged everything as per my choice. The cake was a perfect five-tier with little green on its base. The cake topper was the traditional bride and groom locked in a sweet embrace. I immediately realized that dad had prepared this beautiful cake on his own.

My elder sister, Andrella, and my best friend were my bridesmaids, who were dressed in elegant peach and pink swirled gowns danced around us. Without any heels, my violet eyes were at almost the same level as Jasper's black ones. He wasn't tall, but it really didn't matter to me.

I danced happily in his arms. Then the host announced a change of partners and I was whirled out of Jasper's arms. I then started happily with my new dancing partner, my dad.

"Are you happy?", He asked softly.

"Very.", I chirped like a bird and he kissed my forehead.

.

"Princess, do you remember that I and your mother had announced that we would share half property to the person who would be your mate?", He asked, to which I nodded. "Would it be fine if we don't give that to your mate? Well, that's because..."

.

"It's fine, dad.", I said with a smile on my face. "Jasper is an Alpha himself. Why would he need money and property.", I added and looked at Jasper in the middle of the dance floor, dancing happily with a bridesmaid wearing a pink gown, a pink rose tucked on her right ear. She looked at me and smiled at me. That's my best friend, Isla.

"I know I shouldn't be saying this but I still believe that you deserved a much better man than your mate."

"Not again.", I muttered and pouted a little. I had always dreamt of someone like my father as my mate. And I believe Jasper was the one. Hopefully, my parents and my possessive three elder brothers would understand this someday. Among all five kids, I was the youngest and got married to my mate first. Even my elder sister was unmarried, you see.

"Welcome home.", Jasper whispered in my ears and wrapped his arms from behind while I was looking around our packhouse in my new pack as we have just arrived in Canada at his packhouse. I leaned against his body and gave him a big smile. "I love this. I love everything around, especially you." and then turned around to face him before putting my hand around his neck. "Thank you hubby for loving me so much.", I whispered seductively.

He smirked. "Welcome, Wifey.", He spoke in my lips and soon took me to our room where we enjoyed our first night together in our new phase of life as a husband and wife.

'Thank you so much, Moon Goddess.', I thanked her in my mind happily but little did I know that I just started the worst phase of my life.
