The pack warriors bowed their heads once they saw him and he dismissed him in an instant.

For almost ten minutes he was looking at her until she turned back and met his grey eyes.

Cat eyes adored the grey eyes which somehow lost the luster hours ago.

“What happened?” he asked.

She just shook her head and tried to dismiss the topic but he was very firm to know the reason behind her sadness.

“I just thought of my dad.” Her eyes brimmed with tears.

“I came here to take photos of wolves. On my way, I met a stranger and he warned me about coming here. He said- my dad-” she hiccuped unable to finish the sentence.

“Calm down. Shhh!” he took her in his arms and rubbed her back up and down.

“Everything will be alright.” He soothed with comfy words but it didn’t work on both.

They both are drenched with pain and it takes time to heal. No sweet words are going to heal them.
