Selena POV

" His family can come in!" A woman emerged from the door behind mom and Dad".

" You all can go in" one of the guys said to mom, Dad and Jasper?.

" What about her?" Mom asked.

" We will hold her back," the other guys replied.

I stood there hearing all that they were saying but I couldn't understand anything.

I watch Dad, mom and Jasper walking away to the direction where a woman stood behind them. I took a step closer but the two guys blocked my path again

I stood there, frozen in place, my mind mixed up with confusion and fear. I watch as mom, Dad and Jasper walk away with the woman, disappearing around the corner and out of sight.

For a moment, I'm left alone in the hallway, unsure of what to do or where to go. I feel lost, as if the ground beneath me has disappeared. And then, the sobs start to come, uncontrollable and wracking my body.
