Unknown Care

As shades of darkness started spreading everywhere, Zaviyaar silently came to the back side of the ground, taking small cameras with himself. Today again he forgets to ask about that man from Anaaya.

After standing near the tree, he quickly fixed the camera. He fixed one camera in the bushes of a tree and attached another one to the wall, then walked out silently.

He came to his car and sat inside of it. Now his destination was the farmhouse of Haider.

"Aalam, I have fixed the cameras. You check whether they are working properly and keep your eyes focused on everything." Zaviyaar called him, informing him further.

"Yes, I checked it. Everything is set. If something unusual happens, I will inform you. Now, where are you?" Aalam asked in response.

"I'm going to meet Haider. I have to take some things from him." Zaviyaar answered him nonchalantly.

"Zaviyaar, now we don't need anything. You are taking things from Haider for no use and this will make him suspicious." Aalam said, shaking his head because he knew Zaviyaar didn't understand anything straight.

"Aalam, no one is asking for your advice. Do your work and so do I." He said angrily and hung up the call. After meeting with Haider, he took some things from him.

"Would you like to tell me where you are using these guns and other things?" Haider asked Zaviyaar, who was lighting a cigarette.

"You will know when the time comes," He responded in a cold voice.

"Zaviyaar, if you are doing this because of your sister th…." He was about to complete the sentence when Zaviyaar, throwing the cigarette, grasped Haider by his collar.

"Don't take her name." The warning was apparent in his voice.

"So it means this is true. You are taking revenge." With stoic eyes, he responded in the same tone.

"Haider, stay away from this matter, it's for your betterment," Zaviyaar warned him in a cold voice.

"Ok." He clenched his lips, pushing away Zaviyaar, litted the cigarette and walked away from him. After thinking about Zaviyaar's sister, the face of a beautiful girl flashed in front of his eyes.

Very soon, he jerked his head and after remembering the words of Zaviyaar, he started taking puffs of the cigarette.

Everyone became worried as they came to know about Anaaya's wound. In a rage, Shehroz was intended to go to the university to kill Sonia, but, very hardly, Hania stopped him from doing so.

Shehroz didn't let her go to the university for one week. Anaaya kept on persisting, but Shehroz became stubborn to her insistence.

"Anaaya, where are you going?" Shehroz asked as soon as he saw Anaaya all-ready for the university and coming downstairs. The stitches on her chin were opened yesterday. She was feeling bored after staying so long in the home.

Still, she wasn't talking much with Shehroz, but slowly and gradually she was intermingling with him. She was feeling immense happiness after seeing his concern and worriedness for herself for the past few days.

"I'm going to the university." She spoke quickly, swiping the strands of her hair from her face as she ran out.

"Anaaya stop…." Shehroz tried to stop her.

"Shehroz, let her go." Hania, after pressing her smile on the act of Anaaya, stopped Shehroz by holding his arm.

"Still, she isn't fine. What if she again hurt herself?" He was asking Hania in a concerned voice, turning his forehead into a frown. After knowing the reason for his getting tense, she was making him understand.

"Shehroz, she is not a child. Let her live her life. I'm getting late now. You have to drop me off because Anaaya took the driver." She was successful in diverting Shehroz's attention from Anaaya. Shehroz nodded his head and headed forward.

"I want to ask you something, on that day what did you hear from the man on the back side of the ground?" Soon after the class ended, Zaviyaar asked her, staring deeply at the bruise on her chin.

"I didn't hear anything specific. He was taking your name and he was waiting for someone's arrival." She said, straightening her dupatta around her shoulders.

Once again Zaviyaar's question ruined her mood. She thought he was stopping her to ask about her wound.

"OK, tell me the reason for disappearing for so many days out of the class." He was asking more like in a busy tone, closing his laptop.

"If your eyes are in working condition then you can see I was bruised." She retorted, gesturing towards her chin.

"I think you didn't get the bruise on your head, but I can see its effects on your brain." He spoke, glaring at Anaaya.

"What do you want to say? I'm mad?" She answered, turning red and yellow in anger.

"A mad person ever acknowledges he is mad." To make her more furious, Zaviyaar shrugged his shoulders, heedlessly.

"You…." She glared furiously at him and pressed the remaining of her words in her mouth, and darted towards her next class.

Suddenly dark clouds started looming in the sky and in no time, rain started showering. After taking her last class, she was tired. Today was her hell-busy day which was all spent in chit-chatting and doing assignments with her classmates.

It was evening time and she was still in the university. Because of the clouds, darkness spread everywhere even though it was six o'clock in the evening.

Anaaya dialled the driver's number and as usual, he wasn't picking up the call. She became furious over him. She doesn't have a Shehroz's number, otherwise she would have called him.

With cold violent wind, the downpour became heavy. In a worried state, she called the driver again and again, but he wasn't bothering to pick up her call.

"You are standing here. What are you doing here? You haven't gone home yet." She flinched badly and jumped in her place as she heard Zaviyaar's heavy voice on her back.

"Will you take the life of this innocent girl?" She glared at him, putting her hand on her chest, but he was gawking at her with an expressionless face.

"Shut up…why haven't you gone home yet?" This time he asked her in quite a dominating voice.

"The driver isn't picking up the call." She told him, making a face.

"I will drop you, let's go." He spoke in a cold voice. Anaaya looked at him with astonishment

"You don't need to bother yourself. The driver will come here in a while." She said quickly as she noticed Zaviyaar taking steps and moving ahead.

"I said go with me. Can't you understand what I said once?" This time he said angrily. Anaaya, after sensing his rage, clenched her lips and walked forward with him. She doesn't want to stay here alone and she also has trust in Zaviyaar.

"Are you married or single?" To break the deep and prolonged silence in the car, she asked turning towards him.

"Shut up…" He retorted, rolling his eyes.

"Ok, are you not allowed to laugh?" She said, gazing at his dead solemn face. Zaviyaar didn't say anything back in response.

"Do you have any girlfriend or fiancee?" Once again, she asked him.

"Can you control your tongue and shut your mouth for some time?" Zaviyaar asked in a cold voice. Anaaya, making a face turned silent.

"Are you the one who punished Sonia?" She couldn't stay silent for a long time as she immediately asked after remembering Sonia as today she didn't spot Sonia in the class.

As Zaviyaar didn't answer back to her question, she sat silently, ceasing her mouth. The rain had stopped to some extent. Zaviyaar stopped the car in front of her house.

"Thank you, professor." She said smilingly and ran inside her house. Zaviyaar's eyes chased her till she disappeared in her home. After Anaaya went inside, he pulled his car and with the speed of the wind, he disappeared in the nick of time.
