You’ve been a very bad girl.

SABRINA’s POV

I gently brushed Noah's hair as he sat on a stool in front of me. He had just finished gobbling down the pancakes he insisted I made for him.

But our peaceful moment was suddenly interrupted by the arrival of an unexpected guest. The door to the room swung open, and two of the maids standing by the entrance immediately bowed and greeted the lady who entered. I watched her with curiosity, wondering who she was.

She looked regal, her posture oozing with confidence. Her eyes scanned the room, and then she asked with an air of authority, "Where is Luciano?"

One of the maids, Pacita, responded, "He's out for business, Madame."

The lady seemed unimpressed. She turned to Pacita and ordered, "Get me some cold pineapple juice immediately."

Pacita started to move towards the door to fetch the juice, but the lady’s sharp gaze fell on me. "You, stand up," she commanded.

I stood up, wondering who this woman was and why she was being so bossy and rude. She told Pacita to halt and stay put before she turned her full attention to me. Her condescending tone was impossible to ignore as she interrogated, "The last time I was at this house, you weren't here. Who the hell are you?"

Noah answered on my behalf. "She's my new nanny," he said, his innocent eyes wide.

The lady frowned at the response and demanded, "Since when?"

I replied, "Since yesterday."

She scrutinized me from head to toe, clearly unimpressed by my appearance. I wasn't wearing the typical maid's outfit; instead, I had on a simple black pair of jeans and a V-neck blue T-shirt. Her tone remained condescending as she asked, "Did Luciano hire you?"

I nodded, unsure of why her opinion seemed to matter so much. "Yes, he did."

She continued to question me, "Then why aren't you wearing a maid's outfit yet?"

I replied, "My outfit isn’t ready yet."

"Go get the juice instead," she ordered.

I nodded in compliance and left the room to bring the pineapple juice. In the kitchen, I approached Denise and whispered, "Who is she?"

Denise sighed and replied in a hushed tone, "That's Madame Isabella. She acts like she's the lady of the house. Honestly, nobody here likes her, but nobody can stand up to her."

I couldn't help but chuckle at how quickly I had formed the same opinion about her. "I've known her for less than five minutes, and I already dislike her too."

Curiosity got the better of me, and I couldn't resist asking, "Are she and Sir Luciano...you know, an item?"

Denise hesitated for a moment before answering, "Well, they have some sort of...sexual relationship, for sure. But as for dating exclusively, that's hard to say. Sir Luciano has never been one to keep girlfriends."

At that moment, Isabella's voice rang loudly from the living room, demanding her drink.

“I better go now, before she has my head” I said and Denise chuckled softly. I excused myself and left the kitchen, heading back to the living room with the cold pineapple juice in hand.

Carrying the tray with Isabella's pineapple juice, I approached the living room. Her stern gaze met mine as soon as I entered, and I quickly apologized for the delay. "I'm sorry it took me so long," I murmured.

Isabella rose from her seat, her eyes narrowing as she took the drink from me. She gave me a cold, unwelcoming look and snapped, "You're a clumsy fool."

I wasn't prepared for the unexpected push that followed her harsh words. Isabella's shove caught me off guard, and I stumbled backward, unable to maintain my balance. The impact sent me crashing into a nearby table, and the next thing I heard was the loud shattering of glass.

My heart sank as I realized what had happened. From the corner of my eye, I saw the vase that had been knocked over, its delicate pieces scattered on the floor.

Isabella's eyes widened, and she hissed, "You're in a lot of trouble for breaking Luciano's favorite vase."

In the midst of the chaos, Noah and Denise rushed into the room. Denise wasted no time and said, "We need to clean this up quickly."

I felt guilty as I tried to explain, "It was an accident, I didn't mean to..."

Denise interrupted me, realizing that there was no time for explanations. "Did you hurt yourself?" she asked, concern in her eyes.

I shook my head, indicating that I was physically unharmed. Denise gave me a reassuring nod and said, "Let's clean this up before Sir Luciano comes back. He won't be happy."

Isabella quickly ordered us, "Clean it up. Now."

Noah approached me, his small hand reaching for mine. He asked with concern, "Princess nanny, are you okay?"

I forced a smile, touched by his kindness, and replied, "Yes, sweetheart, I'm fine." I ruffled his hair and gently reassured him.

With Denise's guidance, I swiftly retrieved a broom and a dustpan, and we began cleaning up the mess. Isabella's glare of disapproval couldn't deter me, and I made it a point to avoid her eyes.

Once we had tidied up the broken vase, I took Noah by the hand and decided it was time to go his room completely ignoring Isabella’s death stares.

As I ushered Noah into his room, my heart was racing. I decided to give Noah his first Spanish lesson to divert my nervousness on what Luciano’s reaction would be.

Noah sat on his small study desk, looking excited. I took a deep breath, preparing to dive into the lesson. "All right, Noah," I began, "we're going to start with some basic Spanish today. First, I'm going to teach you to count from one to ten."

He nodded eagerly, a bright smile on his face. We began the lesson, and I tried to make it as interactive and fun as possible. As we practiced, I heard the sound of Luciano's deep voice, and my heart skipped a beat. He was back.

I excused myself from Noah's room, my heart pounding in my chest, and silently made my way to one of the doors leading to the living room.I cautiously peeked inside and noticed Isabella and Luciano sharing a passionate kiss. I quickly turned on my heel and retreated before they noticed me.

I returned to Noah's room, my mind restless, knowing Luciano was back. I sat on the floor and Noah came to sit besides me. He sensed my unease and suddenly asked, "Princess nanny, are you going to apologize to my daddy when he comes back?"

I was taken aback by his question but nodded and replied, "Of course, sweetheart. It was a mistake."

I couldn't help but admit, "I'm just a little scared."

Noah brought his small hand to my chest and assured me, "Don't be scared, Princess nanny. My daddy doesn't bite."

I mustered a weak smile at his comforting words. If only he knew his daddy didn’t only bite but killed people.Just then, the door flung open, and Noah rushed out to welcome Luciano. I followed him and, with my gaze lowered, I stood to the side as they embraced.

Noah proudly declared, "Princess Nanny  is teaching me Spanish, Daddy. I can count from one to ten!"

Luciano smiled warmly and patted Noah's head. "That's impressive, buddy," he said.

That was the first time I had seen him smile even if it was just a little bit. He was about to say more, but his phone rang, and he quickly excused himself, promising to talk to Noah later. I watched as he retreated to his study, and I let out a breath I didn’t realize I was holding.

I carried on with my responsibilities, helping Noah draw a bath, feeding him dinner, and tucking him into bed. By the time I finished, it was already 9 PM, and Luciano had not emerged from his study. I hesitated for a moment, wondering if I should go apologize to him, but I didn't want to overstep my boundaries.

Cautiously, I made my way to my own room and took a quick shower. After the soothing shower, I wrapped a towel around myself and came out of the bathroom, not expecting to see anyone. But as I entered my room, I was startled to find Luciano standing there.

My heart raced as he took two giant strides across the room and came closer to me. I held my breath as we stood in close proximity, his intense gaze fixed on me.

"Sir... I am sorry for breaking your vase. It wasn't intentional," I stammered, my hands clutching the towel tightly, which was slowly starting to loosen.

Luciano's fingers gently wrapped around the nape of my neck, and I could feel his minty breath against my skin as he leaned in, drawing me closer.

“You’ve been a very bad girl,Sabrina.Just maybe, I want to tie you up and fuck the hell out of you,”
