1.23 High in Pursuit: Ryan and Jihun (Part 7)
A soft knock on the door is heard. Inspector Lee Kang Hyun, who is standing beside the door, opened it and revealing the appearance of high and mighty Han Taemin. He bowed his head in respect while saying, "Chief Superintendent Han."
Ryan whipped his head as soon as he heard his uncle's name. Confusion is evident on his face. The crimson color had finally receding once he spotted his uncle entered the interrogation room.
"Uncle? Why are you here?"
Tae Min entered the room with a confident step. His eyes never once left their target. He is staring at Jihun, gauging and judging his reaction in silence. He stopped beside Ryan. He playfully ruffled Ryan's hair, in which Ryan groaned in embarrassment as his uncle kept treating him like a child. Nonetheless, Tae Min didn't respond to his question. Only his lips tugging into a slight smile in return for Ryan's inquiry.

Detective Su crouched in front of Ryan. He lowered his body so he could make eye contact with him. "Or, is this about the finding of the newest victim?" Ryan squeezed his eyes shut. He disregarded his senior's inquiry. Right now, his head is hurt.
