Aurora lay awake for some time in her bed. She had arrived home with enough time to get Eli to bed and bid her mother goodnight. Aurora had decided to take a quick shower before getting into bed. The shower was on the colder side.

She could not stop herself from replaying the evening events in her mind. Her body had never felt that way before. Even when she had been close to others when she was younger. The sensation was completely new and foreign to her.

Aurora was finally able to drift into a restless sleep that night. But rather than dream about a certain bar owner, she dreamt that she was in a dense forest. The trees were so packed together that barely any light was visible from the sun above.
