Chapter 10

The lightness I felt while sitting on a bench here at the amusement park near our house became heavy.  I stopped talking to the boy I also always see whenever I come here.

 Blood was pouring, every movement of the thick clouds in the sky was fast, the moon was so round I kept running and I opened the big gate of our house, I looked for Mommy and Daddy I couldn't find them until of  I turned again to the door of my house and saw that they were both holding the werewolf's neck.

 My knees trembled tears began to drip into my eyes, I ran the distance we had in conjunction with the howl of the monster.  Stepping on my feet again was the raising of the werewolf's hand and the release of its long, sharp claws that pierced my parent's neck.

 "No!"  My heart was beating fast, I was chasing my breath as I gripped my blanket tightly as I got out of my bed.

 I bent down, my grip on the blanket that rested on me got worse,
