One Week Later
“I told you, I can’t do it, Dion!” Jamie said in a frustrated tone.
“You just need to clear your mind and concentrate! You’ve already can do this with a cat, a horse and a dog. This mouse should be no challenge to you!” Dion said patiently.
“The difference is we want to talk to you. Now, hurry up before I eat the mouse!” Fluff mind linked.
It has been two days since Raoul had left to do some “work” for the King. He did not tell Jamie what is about, but then again he did not know Jamie knew about his role as the Kings Spy Master. He had kissed her and returned her Matantur saying, “Please, try to stay out of trouble until I return!”

Jamie and Raoul headed into the city to meet the King of Rogues. Raoul was obviously slightly nervous about the visit. Jamie, on the other hand, was excited. She loved the bustle, smells and colours of the city. Jamie woke up early the next day. She was excited about what the day would bring! She jumped out of bed and headed into the bathroom. She switched on the shower and was enjoying the warm water. The next few weeks were the busiest in Jamie’s life. But she felt happy that she had a purpose and was learning so much. The only downside was that she did not see much of Raoul as he was constantly carrying out his duties. She often fell asleep and woke up in an empty bed.The days were filled with Elemental Guard training. Jamie had fitnesses and fighting skills in the morning, in the afternoon it was more academic.Jamie excelled in the morning sessions. She spent time in each of the four elemental fight sessions.
