Apologies
Taylor POV
Even before I opened my eyes I felt that something was different. When my eyes did open I looked out the window seeing how dark it had gotten and let out a sigh, I should have known better than to lay down so late for a nap. Rolling over I froze seeing Lucas sitting in a chair beside the bed. He wasn't looking at me. He sat leaned forward with his head in his hands, and his elbows resting on his knees. Lucas's hair was wet telling of an earlier shower.
I sat up slowly confused, why hadn't he woken me? Where had he been? The fact that Lucas didn't even look up as I moved worried me. "Lucas," I said slowly.
It was as if he had just noticed I was in the room with him. As his face lifted I let out a gasp jumping out of bed falling down to my knees. Lucas reached out grabbing for me thinking I had fallen and not dropped on purpose. Lifting a hand to his face I frowned as he winced at my touch. "Lucas are you ok?”

Lucas had done better than good on getting us in to see the houses we had looked at online. Even now we were on our way to look at our top picks. Each house was different in its own aspect.
