I didn’t want to go back to my apartment but I had nowhere else to go. I couldn’t face my parents right now and I sure as hell didn’t want to hear Cody’s mouth. I had turned my phone off tired of everyone calling me. I had my parents, Lucas, and even my stupid ass brother all blowing up my phone and I didn’t want to talk to a single one of them. I wanted to be alone, I wanted to yell and scream and remind myself that this was the exact reason I hadn’t wanted to be with him in the first place.

Once at my apartment I parked and made my way quickly to the elevator. I knew there was no possible way that Lucas could be back in town yet but he had eyes and ears on me constantly.
