Chapter 7- Wedding Night

I took off my blazer the moment we reached the luxurious hotel suite that I had booked for the night and tossed it onto one of the two chairs that were near the window.

It was a decent hotel with the right amount of privacy and a good view of the city.

“Since we’ll be sharing the bed, which side do you want?” I asked Kendra who was busy taking in her new surroundings.

She let go of the bottom of her dress that she was holding in her hand and looked at me,

“Who said we’ll be sharing the bed? I mean I much rather sleep alone than with you” she said before she sat down and took of the white heels she was wearing.

I couldn’t help but look at her pretty feet,

“It’s one of the conditions of this marriage sweetheart, so either you sleep with me or don’t sleep at all” I said with a small smirk on my face, thinking she was definitely delusional if she thought this fake contract marriage was going to be easy.

She rolled her eyes and looked at me with a small frown,
