Chapter 16
For the past year, Katherine was walking on air, discovering happiness and solace in her new found relationship with Ashton. Ashton was seen happy, like a child with a new toy.
When he was just four months away from his graduation, he knew that it was more than just dating that was going on between them but he did not want to rush into conclusions yet.
He wanted to see how things would turn out between Katherine and him once he moved out off Manhattan. Would they be able to keep up a long distance relationships?
Until then, he wanted to spend as much time as possible with her and get to know her more. He spent more time with Katherine before he joined the University of California to pursue his bachelors in business.

Katherine walked out of the bed towards the bathroom, wearing Ashton's huge shirt. Even after folding them a few times, the sleeves looked long and were hanging loose around her arms.
