Chapter one: Remember to breathe Ashley’s POV A long-forgotten house came into view. The shutters lay in shambles on the ground, and the door looks like it is barely hanging on. It wasn’t Luxurious, but for now, it was home. We moved from Oregon, where we had an apartment over the corner coffee shop. Walking to school was questionable. We lived outside the pack in the Human town because my mom was human, and my dad is a werewolf. While it’s not outlawed anymore, it was still frowned upon. I live with my dad; my mom died in a Rogue Attack last year. The wounds are still fresh, and every day is a struggle. We left Oregon because the memories were too much to bare. Alpha Derek was great, but too much reminded us of her. Dad and I aren’t close; he spends most of his time in his study. I’m not sure if moving to Florida was the right choice, but there’s an Alpha here who said we could join his

Chapter Three: What happened?Michaels POV:“What’s wrong with her Andrew?” Surely the pack Dr. would have the answer. Right?“Alpha, I don’t know why she isn’t waking up. Her vitals are stable, and we haven’t given her anything to keep her unconscious. The best we can do right now is wait and see.”Murdock growled. He is impatient, especially with Ashley’s eighteenth birthday coming up soon. He just wants to claim our mate.“Derrick,” I called out to my Beta.“Call her father let him know where she is but tell him I need answers.”…………James came rushing to the hospital. The trailer f=of the remainder of their stuff was still hitched to his truck when he got to the Pack Hospital. He headed straight for Ashley’s Room. Derrick blocked his path and sent him to the conferen

Chapter Five: OOPSAshleys POV “ That felt amazing” I breathlessly said to Michael.  His rolling laughter threw me off guard making me “want to cover myself. I wasn’t sure what about this moment was hilarious.Michaels POVSeeing her climax was the most beautiful thing I’ve ever seen. I can tell how un-experienced she Is and I can’t wait to claim her and show her all the ways I can make her cum. Rolling laughter bellowed out as she said that what she did felt amazing.  she had so much to learn my sweet innocent mate. Kissing her shoulder up to where I would mark her and removing the sheet, she used to cover herself  “ there are so many things you haven’t experienced yet that will feel a million times better.” Ashley’s eyes grew like saucers contemplating what I had just said. Climbing out of her bed “ I’ll se

Chapter 7: Surprise! Michael POV: I had hoped Ash’s present would be done by the time we got done with dinner, but derrick's mind linked me that it wouldn’t be done till later today. We stayed the night on the boat last night, but how will I keep her busy today. Just as I was thinking of a way to keep her busy, the silence of the new dawn was broken by Ash’s moan. I wonder what she’s dreaming about. Her heart rate is even, so I know she’s still fast asleep. Pulling the covers to look at her naked body reminded me of what we did last night. *Flashback* Soft jazz played to the hum of the water around us. The red blood moon is hovering above us. Ash looked so beautiful. I left soft kisses from her cheek down to her shoulder. I could feel the electric sparks from the mate bond pulling us to each other. Murdock is howling in my head. ‘Chill Murdock we can’t mark and mate her yet.’

Chapter 9: Despair Mystery Point of view: “Finally, Michael will Pay. I will take everything he holds near and dear to him and make him watch it burn to the ground. Veronica thinks I’m helping her for my revenge naive girl she is but a pawn in my plan. Disposing of her will be easy.” Folding his hands letting them rest on his chin the middle-aged man watches as video of Michael searching for Ashley plays across a wall of surveillance monitors. “Michael, you should have given me what I wanted when I asked the first time. There will be no mercy for you or your mate.” Maniacal laughter echoes through the vast historical mansion Ashley’s POV The ground faded into the black abyss. No longer did I feel the warmth and comfort of what I could only describe as heavenly. I could hear footsteps against the floor. They were loud, rushed, and uniformed, almost as if there were hundreds of
