Chapter 36

POV Lilly

I awoke after a few hours, luckily most witches don't need much sleep. Neither do wolves. I opened my eyes and noticed the warmth of Griffin on my back with his arm around my waist. His face was nuzzled into my neck and his breath was tickling my cheek. I checked the clock on the nightstand and saw that we had a couple hours before we needed to leave for school.

I smiled as the events of the night before came rushing back to me. Griffin was amazing and I didn't regret a bit of it.  I picked up my head to look at Griff and had a rush of emotions when I saw his face. He was the most handsome man I had ever seen. As I watched him sleep like a creeper, I felt a dull ache in my neck. I frowned for a moment and then remembered that Griff marked me.
