Samantha: So, how do you think the therapy session went?

Adam: I think it went well. I mean, it's not an easy process, but I feel like we're making progress.

Samantha: Yeah, I agree. I think we're starting to learn how to communicate better with each other.

Therapist: Good to hear that. Communication is key in any relationship. How do you guys feel about the progress you're making?

Adam: I feel hopeful. I mean, I know we have a lot of work to do, but I'm willing to put in the effort.

Samantha: I feel the same way. It's not easy, but I think it's worth it.

Therapist: That's great to hear. Remember that therapy is just a tool to help you both work through your issues. It's up to you to take what you learn here and apply it to your daily lives.

Adam: Yeah, we understand that.

Samantha: And we're willing to do the work.

Therapist: Good. Let's schedule another session for next week and continue working on your goals.

Adam: Sounds good to me.

Samantha: Me too.
