Niro's POV

We had our talk and then went looking for a place to rent. The majority of those close to universities are already fully occupied due to the large number of students who are renting apartments and residing in dorms. I can't hold other landlords accountable for their trust concerns with tenants. We only look for a place during downtime as that is our only opportunity to skip class. Since Frances should really be the one acting silly with our school guard, I try not to do it. I would like to go out and I don't have a choice but to fool our school guard. I've unlocked a new talent. Actually, it's because I spend so much time with Frances. He had a big impact on me.

There were other times when I nearly missed seeing Frances at school. I have no idea where the hell he's headed. He might be in the faculty or in the adjacent building, chatting up everyone. He is said to be friendly with the staff at the registrar's office, making it easier for him to obtain our requirements at the
