Chapter twenty one:Does he like me?

Before Ares could say anything, Isabel barged into the room with wide eyes.

“Oh, I heard she had woken up so I came to see her" Ares turned to her with a tilt of his head.

“And how does that concern you?" Isabel's eyes widened.

“Oh…. I'm your future wife, anything that concerns you, concerns me. You cut our date Short because of her so the least I can do is come see how she's doing" Myla turned to Ares with wide eyes. He had left his date because of her?

Ares sighed then turned to Myla.

“Now that you're better. Get ready and get dressed, we have somewhere to be" And with that, he walked out of the room with Isabel behind him.

Myla laid on the bed for a while before climbing out with a sigh.

She couldn't help but still wonder why Ares cared for her so much. Was it because….. he liked her?
