Later that day…
I grabbed the file and left my office, I found Kevin having a conversation with the receptionist, she was blushing and giggling, it felt good to see Kev building relationships with new people.
“Let’s go Kev” I said as I walked past him and the receptionist.
“Can I call you tonight?” Kevin asked the receptionist as he followed me.
I looked back trying to see her response and I saw her just smiling and nodding, it was no doubt that she kind of liked Kevin. I jumped into the backseat of the SUV as Kevin headed to the front seat.
“She likes you” I said.
“Who?” he asked.
“The receptionist” I replied “she likes you”
Kevin just chuckled with no response and then he started the engine, that was sign enough for me to see that he was also into the girl.
