Chapter 11

MICHIGAN

I woke up feeling so tired and weak. I have had a very busy week and thank goodness that it was the weekend and of course, why would I forget it was Armando's birthday and he will be hosting a party in his house.

The first thing I did was to grab my phone and I saw lots of missed calls from Armando. "Shit!"

I sat upright immediately on my bed returning the call.

"Armando, sorry that I missed your calls, hope there is no problem?"

"Yeah, everything is fine. I just wanted to remind you of today because I know how busy your schedule has always been"

"Come on, why would I forget? Believe me, I will be there even before the guest" we laughed.

I quickly made a phone call to one of my car dealers to remind him of the surprise package he was to deliver.

Armando is that true friend that I wouldn't toil with. I was still in bed when my cook sent a message that the food was ready.

I rushed to the bathroom to freshen up because I have a long day to arrange a lot of things.
