Chapter 5: Ridiculed

“The cursed pack?”

“Aren't their pack members annihilated already?”

“They have to be punished!”

“Take care of them” Alpha Broderick said as he look towards the doctor's direction who then nodded his head in acknowledgement.

“Delta Cluxx, gather our warriors” Alpha Broderick said solemnly.

Delta Cluxx immediately heeded his command and left the treatment house. “Beta Jack, you'll be left in the pack to guard this place with the other elders” Alpha Broderick added staring fixedly at his older brother whose strength was only lower to his.

“Alpha, can't I come with you? I want to kill those filthy Blood Moon” Beta Jack replied gritting his teeth.

“No, you have to stay here and protect the pack. I'll bring Delta Cluxx with me instead, don't let your guard down while I'm away” Alpha Broderick reminded while looking at Gamma Sydric for the last time before leaving.

Beta Jack nodded his head while looking at Alpha Broderick's fading silhouette with unknown expression on his face.

“You're finally back...” Luna Dianne muttered happily. “Is something wrong?” she then ask seeing Alpha Broderick's solemn face.

“Where's our daughter?” Alpha Broderick ask instead of answering her question.

“She leave just moment ago saying that she'll visit her friends” Luna Dianne answered while looking intently at Alpha Broderick.

“When she return, tell her to stay at home while I'm away and if she needs help, just ask for Beta Jack” Alpha Broderick spoke while taking out his battle coat from the cabinet.

“I will but honey, can you tell me where you are going?”

Alpha Broderick paused for a moment, he was hesitant to tell her. But after pondering for some time he replied, “A pack just committed something unforgivable, I'll be going there to fix everything”

Alpha Broderick didn't tell him the whole truth. It was to protect her and to not let her worry of his well being. Blood Moon Pack was a dangerous group of werewolf, they are a group of werewolf who lust for blood. They are like a wolf vampire, a savage creature.

Their group was known as the descendants of the blood king, a Vampires pet. In the past, their group was considered a family, living together in harmony with the other pack. However, one night destroyed their beautiful image, they started becoming crazy.

Alpha Broderick's father told him that someone controlled them that day. It was none other than the blood king, the noble vampire who hates werewolf to the bone. No one know the reason why, but one thing is for sure, vampire and werewolves will always be enemy.

When Alpha Broderick left the house, Delta Cluxx was already waiting for him. His looks were now different from before, he's now wearing the battle coat of their pack and look more stunning than before.

“We'll only bring fifty wolf with us, you'll be the one leading half of them to scout while the rest will stay with me” Alpha Broderick said seriously as Delta Cluxx nodded his head before leading him to where the warriors are.

Princess Hana's figure could be seen walking around peacefully, a bright smile was plastered on her face. She's currently searching for her best friend cindy, as normally, cindy would visit her house every morning but today was different.

She can't wait any longer and chose to search for her and have fun. Finally, she found her sitting near the pond with the other teenager of their pack. They were all laughing happily and joking around.

Princess Hana smiled seeing their happily enjoying themselves and went closely to them. Suddenly, she heard someone asks cindy about her.

“Hey Cindy, why didn't you picked Princess Hana today? I thought you were best friends?” a tall girl with a ponytail hair ask. She also have a beautiful face, clear almond eyes, tender lips, and just right nose.

“Her? Why would I pick her? She's nothing but a wolf less princess” Cindy stated mockingly.

Hearing her best friend's words, Princess Hana's heart throbbed in pain. The best friend that she thought cared for her, was actually back stabbing her behind her back.

“But she's still the princess, don't say something like that” a young man of short stature spoke trying to protect Princess Hana. His face was not that handsome with jet black hair, but his build was burly that he looks attractive like a warrior.

Cindy look at him in ridicule. “Oh my, I forgot Dave was with us, what should I do now? He'll definitely tell Princess Hana about what I said today” Cindy spoke feigning panicked.

With that said, Cindy look towards the girl with a ponytail hair and said. “Hey martha help me, Princess Hana's admirer will definitely hate me”

“Pfft— hahaha!”

Martha laughed hard from Cindy's play, her shoulders even shook because of her laughter. Suddenly, her eyes caught a glimpse of a girl with a red hair looking towards them with eyes that was about to tear up.

Her laughter stop and got petrified, her sudden reaction didn't miss Cindy's keen insight and look towards where she was looking. When she saw that it was princess Hana, she couldn't help but feel like being splashed with a bucket of cold water.

She didn't thought Princess Hana would come here, she was too reckless. 'Maybe she didn't hear what I said?' with that in mind, she smiled brightly before walking towards Princess Hana.

“Princess you're here, your mother told me that you don't want to play today so I didn't bother inviting you” Cindy spoke sympathetically, her action was so flawless that it was hard to determine if she was lying or not.

Princess Hana stare at her best friend, she can't believe she was her friend. How come she doesn't know this side of her?

'I didn't think I've been living all my days together with this snake, maybe the happy moments we shared together, the promises we made, were.. were all lies?' Princess Hana thought losing the trust she has to Cindy.

She was pondering deeply that she didn't notice Cindy's embarrassment on her face. Princess Hana sighed inwardly afterwards before turning around planning to leave.

When suddenly, a hand grabbed her right shoulder making her turn.

Slap!

A palm hit her face hard leaving a red hand print.
