Chapter 10: A Beta's Heart
ALBA.
The moment I saw Paul, all the pain I was feeling at the moment vanished into thin air. I actually didn’t know if I was seeing him for real or if I was hallucinating. But regardless, I still got pissed off because my brothers didn’t tell me that he was here.
And now, he saw me in the worst condition. What would he think of me?
I dashed down to the bunker, hoping to find the clothes I had stripped off of myself, hoping that they were still decent to wear.
My eyes were still scanning the messy room to look for my clothes when a sudden pain erupted in my navel and heat started to rise up everywhere in my body. It's coming back again.
