ANDREA.
"You need to find your mate."
My eyes widened at his words. A little pang of pain hit my chest as the man I loved pushed me to look for my mate.
"Riley won't have any other choice but to let you go if you find your mate."
I felt dizzy, and bile was threatening to come up my throat as I gagged.
Caspian held my arms and kept me steady, keeping me from falling over my back.
"Andrea..." His voice was filled with worries, and I couldn't blame him. I was having a panic attack.
A mate. I never wanted to add another man into this equation.
"I want you to be my mate..." My voice broke as I told him my truth. What was the point of leaving Riley only to end up in another man's arm that was not Caspian's?

As Shaila's cries and whimpers could be heard all around us, I approached Andrea and snaked an arm around her waist, pulling her to my side. She looked up at me with tears welling in her eyes. "Is she going to make it?" I smiled at her and nodded my head, "She will. And you will, too. The pain is extreme, but it will not last forever. You just need to bear it for a while until you can fully shift." She was about to say something when Shaila started to scream, and Carlos gave her space as she crouched on all fours.
