For a moment Adam kept thinking. Christian telling the truth so easily, and smoothly was right for that child’s mind but Adam just kept staring at his father for the whole five minutes. His eyes seemed blank, void of emotions but his mind was not resting at all.

He was completely calm from the outside and was looking at his father’s face. His mother sitting behind could only anticipate his next reaction and his father sitting in front of him patiently waited for his answer.

Patience was very important in the case of children. Christian did not want to rush everything for Adam. For him, Adam’s development was a must.

Slowly a smile spread on his lips and he mumbled, “You’re my papa?” almost as if he was still confused. What if it was a dream because he liked the man already so it was normal for him to come into his dream and talk to him like that? But he was not ready to find it a dream.
