Just as promised Lina was parking the car in front of her house soon after. She didn’t want to come inside so Celine decided to go down the moment she heard the car. On her way out she didn’t miss the dark look that April was giving her.

It has been like that since she stepped in to the house, so it didn’t make any difference. April hated her and that was final, there was nothing she could do about it.

Celine didn’t talk to her, she wouldn’t waste her breath on her, she felt she wouldn’t be patient enough to deal with her lose tongue. If she attempted to insult her she wouldn’t have controlled herself.

The moment she reached the parking lot, she saw Lina dressed in a formal office wear. She was looking lovely and happy at the same time. As she smiled, Celine leaned forward and gave her a hug. Right now, that was what she needed so badly from someone who genuinely loved her.
