Chapter Seven: Patience and hindrance.

"What happened?"

Giselle stared at Lucien who was carrying a limp, muddy young lady in his arms. The mud on her stained his clothes as he stood in the living, his eyes staring at Giselle and the girl in his arms at a loss for words.

"Panic attack, she passed out." He stared at the girl in his arms and back and Giselle. "Giselle, please come have her. I'm afraid I am already stressed out about all this and I do think I'm just about ready to vomit any moment from now…" his plain voice held a slight hint of disgust and complete honesty.

Giselle rushed to his side, gently picking up the human in his arms before Lucien actually does vomit on her. She knew he wasn't joking. "Why does she smell like farm poop?" Her nose wrinkled as the smell washed her insides clean, rendering her with the option of emptying her breakfast. Now she understood why Lucien looked disgusted. The smell was awful.
