It was a weird phenom to always want to shower after going to the beach. Between the sand, sunscreen, and sweat it was impossible not to feel gross after a day by the water.

Since they were in a house full of people Vanessa was mindful only to take a quick shower so they didn’t run out of hot water. She did take the time to blow dry her hair out though.

Eric had made it clear that they were on their own for the night since he was dragging Emma out into town for a quiet dinner together.

Vanessa didn't blame him but she also had no idea what the others were thinking about doing.

After throwing on new clothes, she went downstairs to find that Jacob was already in the living room.
