‘Is she talking to herself again?’ Lucas saw Yvonne resting outside and zoned out.

He has seen this habit of hers whenever she’s on her own or if the atmosphere becomes quiet. Lucas didn’t know when he started noticing it, but he did. She would space out and sometimes talk to herself.

‘Cute.’ He thought to himself. He didn’t find it odd or weird, rather, he found it amusing.

Yvonne was unbothered. She ignored the gossip about her, more like she didn’t really care. He was amazed at how uninterested she is in most things, but would show enthusiasm easily in things like food.

Lucas didn’t know when, he didn’t how, but he slowly noticed every little thing about Yvonne.
