My heart was about to burst out of my chest. The sound of screaming was echoing through the walls of the darkened castle. I had never heard anything like this, and it worried me that no one else seemed to be around to check it out. I crept out of bed and followed the screams, until it led me to the outside of Leo's bedroom door. Leo had decided that locking me in my room was the wrong way to go about keeping me here, so he let me roam freely as long as I promised I wouldn’t run. Plus, I think his mother was serious when she said she would cook his wolf for dinner.
