Eons ago, in the youth of the cosmos, there existed beings that possessed great power, comparable to celestial divinity, known by many as the Io.
They ruled over the universe, shaping it to their will through the use of mythical engines of unimaginable power that made gods, the Origins.
In time, the Io faded into legend and their universal empires fell apart, now only leaving remnants scattered across space, but the influence of the fabled ‘originals’ can still be felt on any world and in any civilization.
Now the universe is divided, with various powers warring for supremacy. Those in power hunt for the legacy of the Io in hope of reaching the heights of gods.

The last sixty plus years of my life has been spent achieving greatness. She opened her eyes, unfamiliar with the sensations she's receiving. Above her the twin moons shine brightly at opposite ends of the night sky. Wait… twin moons?Suddenly, her head aches as memories start to flood in, memories of a man she doesn't know, who died at a wedding in a place very unlike this one."My head." she croaks as she sits up. She is lying naked in the snow, the scraps and tatters of what was her clothing are all around her. She is covered in blood and other fluids as she also recounts what happened to her body.Two lives are fighting for control within her mind, and right now the only thing she's sure of is that she's very tired and in a lot of pain. She rises up on shaky legs, wrapping herself in the rags that she found on the ground then she stumbles away. Nya arrived at the spaceport, in such a densely crowded area she completely blended in. She was dressed moderately, just wearing a simple grey sundress with a wide brimmed sunhat and a shawl around her shoulders to shield her from the sun. She used sunglasses to cover her eyes. Nya and Terror proceeded down the corridor that led to her suite. I found myself back in the dark place, but this time, I can feel my body floating in the infinite darkness.
