Chapter Fifty

"It was more than wonderful," she answered, and I chuckled.

"Good for you; now come let me take you to your room," I said, and she followed me.

"This is the twin's room; they will have plenty of questions for you tomorrow. I told them then that you went out, but will see them tomorrow," I said while leading her to her room.

"You know I love messing with them, so that means tomorrow will be fun."

"Have you eaten? Should I make you something real quick?"

She shook her head and said, "No, we stopped at a restaurant and had some steak."

I nodded. "Okay, let's get to your room then."

We got to her room, and I opened the door and then went in.

"I will let you get settled in, then we will talk tomorrow," I said, and I was about to close the door when she called my name.

"Alex, wait, do you have a minute?" She asked, then sat down on the bed.

I looked at her in surprise, then nodded, "Of course."

I stepped back in and closed the door. She sat down.
