Louisa's POV When I woke up, my head was still very heavy and I felt that it was about to explode. I was naked and I felt so cold inside the tent. Louisa’s POV I was left on the bed, chained and collared. Despised and disfavored. I covered my face and wept silently. How could I be this stupid? Louisa’s POV Just when I was wondering about how to get out, a young soldier walked into the tent, holding a tray of food. "Beta told me to take this to you. I’ll be back and collect the tray later." Louisa’s POV "You just can’t stay away from trouble, can you?" Lucian asked when he pushed me into my tent. "He was badly injured and they still wanted him to fight. It’s not fair! He’ll be killed!" Louisa’s POV The next morning, the pack started moving. I was transferred into the carriage cage again, and the giant black wolf was chained to my carriage. After a whole night of rest, he looked more energetic. His black fur was shining with diamond light under the sun. Alpha Lucas didn’t show up. Louisa’s POV I chopped, minced, mixed and stirred, quickly rolled all the ingredients into balls. Then, I put them into boiling water, and then fried them in oil to give them a layer of nice crispy crust. After that, I prepared the garlic sauce, adding cranberries and ground cinnamon powder, so it became sweet and sour at the same time. As I poured the garlic sauce on top of the meatballs, the chef’s compacted facial features unfolded on his face. Louisa’s POV The black wolf took me on his back and bolted. He dashed among rocks and branches without any effort. His black mane was like a waving flag in the air. I didn’t know how long we had run before he stopped in a meadow land deep down inside a valley. Beautiful flowers in all colors were scattered among waves of verdant grass.
