Black Rose

"You're crazy Bianca! You don't understand about things here! So, shut up your mouth now!”

Bianca thought about her father's last words before coming back inside. She didn't expect it ended up like this. Days where she should be happy filled with smiles and laughter, replaced with endless chaos. The most important person in her life, who was there for her at all times, and was on her side, today just messed up at her special party.

Bianca clenched her fists tighter, not expecting at all that she would be facing so much in such a short time. She clearly remembers her hard work being a feminine woman today and leaving her tomboy side.

Living since childhood surrounded by men, especially mafiosos, made Bianca grow up to be a tomboyish girl. The girl needs to get used to speaking softly and comfortably to be heard all day long. He even gave up his oversized clothes to be replaced with dresses that were not comfortable for running or walking.

Bianca also let her feet hurt from heels and polished her face with heavy make-up. He couldn't help but smile wryly as all his efforts for his special day ended in vain. The light brown eyes began to glaze over with all the emotions that overflowed.

"Huh... should I wear all that? I'm going crazy!" The girl looked at all the things that filled her queen size bed. Heel shoes, long to short dresses, various kinds of make-up products, branded bags, and others that have been ordered by her nanny since childhood.

The girl took black heels with 12 cm high heels and looked at her in horror, “Whatt... What are these shoes? I might break my leg with this! It's terrible!”

Instantly the tomboyish girl remembered her main goal of changing just for the sake of her special day and let out a long sigh, “Huft… being beautiful is painful, please help me, God…”

Bianca had prepared mentally and physically to try on the heels in the living room, “Is it really like this wearing them? If I break my leg, I will sue this brand!” said the girl grumpily.

She started to stand up by raising her hands to maintain her balance. She tried to step a few inches from the sofa with a body so stiff it made her unbalanced and fell on the white fur carpet.

The sound of her scream echoed through the large room, causing several mafiosos on duty, the chef, and the head aunt to come running into the living room.

“Principessa, what just happened?” One of the mafiosos asked worriedly seeing their boss's daughter sprawled on the carpet.

“No... nothing... hehe I'm fine, all of you can go back to work again now...hush..hush!” The young woman endured embarrassment, until her face turned red because it made many people run to her. Bianca breathed a sigh of relief that no one saw her when she fell.

“Ehem… Principessa, did you fall while wearing those heels?” A voice from her left side made her turn her head towards the middle-aged woman with neatly curled blonde hair. The head maid who had also taken care of her since childhood was standing near the pillar.

“Oh… no, Auntie, I… I didn't do anything!” Bianca stammered.

"Then what's wrong with your pretty legs, Honey?" Auntie raised her eyebrows with a thin laugh, making the girl blush even more embarrassed.

“Auntie… stop! I'm practicing in these horrible shoes, okay?” Bianca crossed her arms and made a grim face.

The expression on her face changed instantly, when she got a brilliant idea and approached the head maid after taking off the heels roughly. “Aunt… Aunt… Auntie is the kindest person I know and loves me very much, right? Can you teach me how to wear those damn shoes?” Bianca tilted her head to the right and pulled out her puppy eyes.

“Hahaha… Principessa, alright. What can't I do for this princess of mine?" Auntie rubbed her head gently. From noon to that afternoon, Bianca spent her time learning to be a proper girl with her maid.

The memory made her tear up even more. The pain she felt while practicing in heels was incomparable to what she was feeling right now.

Bianca was shocked to remember that her friends were still on the dance floor. She wiped the tears still stuck in her beautiful eyes. Then, she left the balcony heading inside by changing her facial expression to be as normal as possible, so that her friends wouldn't worry.

She ran slowly towards her group of friends at the front near the stage. “Hi… I'm so sorry, guys, I just met someone. I didn't think my party would end like this. Sorry for making you guys uncomfortable at all.” Bianca felt so guilty with her friends.

"Hey, it's okay, Bia! We're okay, really!" The Pinkish tried to calm Bianca, even though their surroundings showed that the party was starting to get messy.

“Thank you for your understanding. I'll find you another room that's more comfortable and definitely just for us. I'll be back as soon as possible. Enjoy the party here with the others and don't go apart, okay?” Bianca left her friends and ran out of her party room looking for a new room, especially for her friends.

However, thirty minutes had passed, even her legs were starting to feel sore, she had not found a proper and clean room to use. Her father's big building is only used for certain events, so it's not always ready for use.

“Hoohoohoo, so tired… auch, my legs hurt so bad! Why is there no usable room?” Bianca gasped as she made her way to the third floor.

“Principessa, what are you doing here? Isn't your party in the main hall?" One of her father's mafiosos startled her suddenly.

"Good grief! You just startled me! You know a decent room ready to use? I need a new room for my friends.” Bianca asked the tall man with an uneasy expression. The light brown eyes looked anxiously at the tall man.

"Mi dispiace, Principessa, there is no other room prepared besides the main hall." The man nodded at her and walked away.

The tall man's answer made her even more crushed. The emotions she had been holding back burst out just like that. Bianca sprinted towards the women's restroom in the corner of the room, ignoring the tiredness and pain in her long legs.

The tears could no longer be contained from her eyelids. The tears she always kept and would only shed when she missed her beloved mother who was already in heaven.

But tonight, her tears were unstoppable and flowed just like that. The beautiful brown haired girl sat limply in the corner of the closet. Those light brown eyes kept on shedding tears on her special day which ended up being a mess. The girl had no idea that there would be chaos because of the mafiosos who had come at the invitation of her beloved papa.

"Mama ... Mama ... Papa disappointed me hoohoohoo ..." The girl fell down crying hugging her own cold body in silence.

What should have been a festive and stunning seventeenth birthday party ended in deep disappointment.

"My party was ruined because of Papa's selfishness..." The light brown eyes stared blankly at the black toilet door. Beautiful beginnings don't always end in happiness. The girl was still sobbing, then fell silent remembering her special day ended sadly.

"Mama... I miss you so bad." Bianca was still sobbing and even forgot the whereabouts of the only older brother she had.

In fact, Bianca jumped in surprise as her friends were still in the party room waiting for her, who had sadly isolated herself in the toilet. Bianca hurriedly got up and went outside to see if anyone had gone into the same toilet as her.

Bianca immediately tidied up her special dress and makeup which luckily was water proof. The girl went back out into the third floor corridor and tried to find another room to the back end.

Not long after, she saw a staircase with black marble. Likewise with the pillars surrounding the stairs.

"Finally, I hope I'll get a room upstairs." Bianca climbed the stairs and looked up at the slightly darker fourth floor from the other floors.

Arriving at the top, she felt so strange with the dark room. The air that was so foreign to her was rushing into her body.

After looking around, Bianca was sure she had never seen a room like it. Bianca found a room with a large door at the back. Her slender hands reached into the pockets inside her dress to take out her cell phone and turn on the flashlight.

As soon as she stepped inside, she was surprised by the number of large and sturdy machines. As she got closer, Bianca was surprised to learn about her surroundings, to the point where she almost fell.

“Oh, my Lord! Papa... wh... what are these?”

Her voice choked when she saw the money printers and the piles of counterfeit notes that were ready to be circulated. Her cell phone slipped from her slender fingers and smashed freely against the black marble floor, leaving a sound that echoed across the dark and cold fourth floor.0
