Chapter Nine

I woke up with a huge headache ,I went downstairs to drink water ,and decided to check my mails. A mail popped on my notifications it was from Bowen University they offered me admission to study Physiology.But I put in for medicine,I accepted the admission and went straight to my parents room to inform them.Mom,Dad got the admission to study in Bowen University ." Congratulations Baby " What course we're you given."Mum asked". "Physiology"

"That's actually nice honey just put your best ". So when are you resuming "Dad asked" "Next two months " Dad decided to schedule a visit for Bowen, and I went with my mother ,dad said he is busy at work . During my visit, I fell in love with the school. It's easy to be star-struck by Bowen, but I was so amazed by the excitement and activity of the university. I found the campus beautiful, was amazed by the diversity, and was pleasantly surprised by the overwhelming friendliness of everyone here. It was on that day that I finally made my decision to attend Bowen,

Christmas is almost two weeks from now, Rey was busy with his Dad's company but he would always call me every night to check up on me. Dad and Mom were already decorating the house for Christmas Eve , Christmas song were played .

Christmas time is the time for giving and sharing but for me its all about fun. I have so much fun during this time of the year. I like to stay with my family as much as I can because family comes first. For my friends as well, we try to stay with our family as much as we can until we can't take it anymore. During the season of the Holidays, its all about the food like the: candy, tamales, doughnuts, cookies, cake, rice, and gifts that we all receive. For its all about family my friends and the Christmas parties.

Christmas time is fun to enjoy the company of my family. It all starts on the day of Christmas Eve, I wake up in the morning, and I prepare myself to clean up the house. This process takes a good two hours to clean the whole house. Then when the house is clean, that's when my family starts to come over. The time I share with my family is the time we talk about old stories that have happened to our lives throughout the year. My family loves to cook a whole lot of fatting foods like tamales. Tamales are like a big tradition during Christmas; it's a long process to make tamales, so it's the best time for my mother and aunts to catch up on gossip. While I and Risa werr waiting for the tamales to be cooked, I am usually on the phone with my friend's trying to find out where all the Christmas parties are at.

Around midnight we all we gather in the living room to open our gifts. Then after I clean up the mess from all the gift. Chloe and Rey came over to our house. Most of the time Chloe come over because she got too bored at home. I don't mind having my friend's over at my house when I am spending some time with my family. This is good because I don't have to leave my house to early to just be with my them that kinda stress me out .We all had great time expecially Rey ,I could see it he was laughing hard while my Dad was making the Jokes .

"I could remember when Isabella was 3 months old her mom went out to get some stuff, while Isabella pooped in her diaper ,I didn't know she was the one,until I felt her butt ,I removed her diapers and the smell became Strong. I felt like dying instantly not until she pooped again this time around it was on my shirts I screamed and almost dropped her on the floor ,that day was so rough that I decided no to ever baby sit a baby again"

Hahahahaha" everyone in the room laughed"

Everyone stayed for dinner and left .Rey and Chloe were sleeping over at our place,so we used the sitting room.And talked all through the night. Rey told me about how he was managing his dad's business and it was stressing him out . Chloe joked about other stuff and we all laughed and slept off
