Ivor hung up just before I could say anything to him. I looked at Bruce, “Sorry, I need to leave now.”

Bruce looked at me and smiled, his smile puzzling me, “Did your boss ask you to do something important?”

I bitted my lips, “He didn't tell me clearly but gave me the address.”

“I can give you a ride,” Bruce said and I couldn't decide yet. “You won't have to wait for a taxi. You're in a hurry, aren't you?”

I bitted my lips, “What about the movie?”

“In your opinion, who do I go to the cinema for?” Bruce gave me an anonymous smile. "Stand there and wait for me."

My gaze followed him Compared to Ivor's coldness, his sweet words made my heart more relaxed. But I didn't love him, my heart didn't beat the way it did when I was near Ivor.

We arrived at the villa by taking a shortcut, Bruce did his best not to be late. I found Ivor on the balcony that faced the gate.

“Boss,” I called him.
