Chapter 11: My Love

I wasn't myself when I was in Harold's car. I chose not to attend Luke's class and I decided that he would just take me home.

"You can go back to school to take some subjects left today," I told Harold in gentle words.

"Don't you want me to go with you first?" He asked me and I shook my head slightly.

"No, I want to be alone first and if he ever asks you where I am, just say you don't know," I answered him. Harold nodded to me in response so I gave him a light smile.

I thanked Harold before he got into his car and left.

When I entered the house, silence greeted me. My abundant tears started to flow, I didn't think that Luke could do that to me, he betrayed me. I never thought that one of my friends would be my husband's mistress. But is Anna supposed to be called mistress?
