Eric’s POV,

I resisted the urge to punch a hole into the hospital wall, so I looked in front of me at two pairs of eyes that were glaring holes into my head that had been staring down at my feet, and I also glared back at him.

I couldn’t help but wonder what his relationship with her was, and I don’t think I’m going to like it when I find out what he was to her, because I know he probably wasn’t her brother since she was an only child.

We were there for about a few minutes before her parents also came over to where we were standing.

"What did the doctors say, is my baby going to be okay," Keerah’s mother’s worried voice filled the empty hallways as she quickly came over to the guy standing in front of me.

"She’s going to be okay Mom, they are just trying to get a few tests done," he replied and that made me knit my eyebrows together.

Does that mean he is her brother, if he is then why did no one know about the fact that Keerah had an older brother I thought, as I continued to watch ho
