All of the pack is now assembled in our general meeting area which is the packs town square, I step onto the podium and make ready to deliver my announcement.

" Thank you all for coming out, now I will get straight to the meat of the matter as we really don't have any time to waste, as all of you or most of you would have seen that the Alpha King has been in our pack over night, the reason being he was following up with the incident that occurred here which left Warrior Ivo hurt, now after his team did their investigation you also would have seen quite the influx of Alphas onto the pack lands, that was for a meeting held by the King to make an announcement which I will now share with you "

I glance around and notice Roho standing at the very back of the crowd " the Alpha King believes that the long talked about and even in some cases forgotten Reapers Nation is on the rise once again " I pause for a beat as gasps and numerous conversations erupts " okay, quiet down please, in light of this he has decided to first be on the offense and prepare ourselves as it is believed all the pack raids and abductions that's been happening is due to them although we have yet to figure out what the reason for the kidnappings are so what the King intends to do is to have warriors sent from each pack, he of course stressed that the warriors or persons who are sent to his pack must be of their own free will so no one will be forced to go, you don't need to be a warrior you just need to be fit and willing to go, and for every Three warriors or pack member that volunteers and goes One Royal Guard will be sent to stay in the pack while you train in the Royal City for Six months "

Once again the chatter starts up " where do you sign up Alpha " Gods it was Roro " sign up is done with Royal Guard Grey and Beta Trevor which ever you are more comfortable with " is there a limit to the amount of persons who can volunteer? " " no there isn't " " and females are okay to volunteer too? " asks another she wolf from the crowd " yes I should think so, the King did not indicate otherwise or say anything about any prohibitions, uhm Mr Grey are there any female Royal Guards? " " yes Alpha there are " " okay so I think it's safe to assume you'd be more than welcome to sign up, so those who are willing please sign up starting from tomorrow as I would need to have the numbers submitted by the end of the week "

Once everything is finalized everyone disperse, I didn’t even realize Roro had left already, I should’ve told her I want to speak to her because I would need to relay all her findings to the King.

I guess I will have to wait because I told her no visitors which will include me naturally and I am not the type to make rules, only to break them and knowing Roro she would most certainly point it out to me, no visitors allowed, she truly is a handful.

“ Alpha Teejan” I turn as Vinnia walks over to me, Gods what does this woman want, “ yes Vinnia” she bows “ Alpha, can’t I ask for my Vince’s punishment be shortened if not lifted altogether please?” “ and why would I do that?” “ he’d be miserable at home doing nothing all this Alpha and to be fair I feel like he’s been punished enough by that rebel halfb-” I step closer to her.

“ I would be very careful of the next word that comes out of my mouth if I were you Vinnia” she gulps and nods “ I am sorry Alpha but I can see the way you and your family treat that girl with such favouritism and I really don’t think it’s fair to others and certainly not to my Vince to have to bare such humiliation in the pack”

“ Do you hear yourself right now Vinna? Or better yet let me ask you this, are you for real? Has Steven ever hit you?” she looks appalled “ of course not, Steven would never do that” “ good, your Vince as you said put his hand on a she wolf who did nothing to him and not related to him by blood or bond and got his ass kicked because of it, he got what he deserved and has she been my daughter I assure you, your Vince would’ve been dead not beaten up but dead, so this favouritism you talk about I have no idea what you mean, everything Roho has accomplished she did her own and without a wolf, does that not make her stronger?”

She looks away then back at me “ what is her punishment?” “ the same as your son, do you have any further questions?” she backs away “ no Alpha” “good be on your way” she scurries away without looking back.

My mate walks over me and puts her hand around my waste “ what was that about” “ she wanted me to drop Vinces punishment and said we show Roro favouritism” “what?! Drop his punishment, the little shit got off easy!”
