Chapter 24: Vicious

Crazed to the point of madness, Commander Ember’s blood lust eyes continued to stare at Wulfric in hunger.

Wulfric did not care much and turned to the corner where the other half of the commander stands separately; looking meaningfully at Ember as he sheathed his sword.

The chained commander made a sound of whimper as he followed the general’s gaze, understanding his silent words.

He is vulnerable. Wulfric knows that very well. And he is letting him know he will exploit that fact to threaten him.
