Chapter 46

Grey had decided against only Jaden going to the location the gamma had given him. He had left the study immediately to find Jaden, and they both came to where the car had broke down. Jaden was a gamma who was good in fixing cars in the pack house.

Looking ahead, he had seen the hem of her floral print dress, and noticed something was amiss.

Maya swallowed, as eye contact between she and Grey did not break, neither did the closeness of his body against hers. Her heart was in her throat, as she stared at him,unblink unblinking.

"Who the fuck are you, uh?" The drunk man demanded, breaking the air of ominous silence between them. "This is my prize for tonight. Go find yourself somewhere else," he barked at Grey, his tone too sharp to Grey's displeasure.

Grey turned away from Maya as he let go of her. "Walk away," he said, not in a pleasing mood to argue with the dim witted, half drunk man before him.

"What will you do, if I don't?" He dared
