Taran's POV

I was going to mock Willa's silly stare when I turned around. I could hear her heart thumping frantically as she darted her eyes on the tree.

Of course she was into me, she was my mate!

But then I got lost at the scene in front of me.

Instead of being wrapped in the cute cloak and long sweater, Willa had only my wet shirt on her, not even her shorts.

My shirt was long to her, but it couldn't hide her in full. Leaving half of her thigh unhid made her even more alluring!

But it was her hair that enchanted me.

I noticed it was dark blue when we met on the cliff, and I loved her color. She had waist-long curly hair, soft like the princesses in fairytales with golden locks, except hers were grey-blue, like the ocean.

[Sea...] Cerberus mumbled. I had never heard him speak in such a tamed, soft voice.

"The sea..." I muttered at the same time, not realizing I was just repeating after Cerberus.
