240 Wake Up Call

Kirsch's POV

I really thought Stone would make at least SOME suspicous move when he comes over, but he didn't.

All he did, he did right in front of my eyes, at his invitation. I knew he was trying to gaining my trust by asking me to participate in everything, but something felt off, and I couldn't quite pin it.

The most frustrating part was, I couldn't catch him with anything when it felt like it was right in front of my eyes.

"Ready for our date, Alpha Kirsch?" Stone was still in his human form when I came out in my wolf form. He would try to stay as long as he could in his human form whenever he was over in the pack, and I talked about that with Rudy, we both agreed that Stone was trying to lower our guard by showing up harmless, which was the most dangerous disguise.

I wasn't falling for that.
