[Evening.]

I froze in shock, staring at the silver beast who just mindlinked me.

He never did that.

He rarely accepted my mind links in the past, let alone initiating one! Even though I just watched Taran shift, I still doubt whether it was the true mad Alpha in front of me.

[Shift!] Cerberus grunted when he glanced up as I stood there staring at him, naked. I felt such a huge force on my back, almost bringing me to my knees. If he was still my alpha, I would have been forced to shift right there.

I shifted instantly. Reminding Cerberus that he didn't have the Alpha Aura over me wasn't the wisest thing to do, especially right before the new moon.

Cerberus didn't like me, and I knew why.

I thought it was because I was the one fighting him on the new moon nights, now I knew, it was because I marked Taran by mistake.

[Where do you feel like running to tonight?] I bared my neck at Cerberus.
