Chapter 2

            Blake POV

"Wake up!!" I hear Tammy scream out, straddling me as she slightly bounces up and down on my stomach, waking me up. I open my eyes to see her looking down at me smiling.

I look over at the clock to see that its 10:30 am.

"Good morning." She leans down placing a quick kiss on my lips, before getting up off the bed. She walks over to the table and brings over a tray full of food. I sit up looking down at the tray, to see it filled with my favorite breakfast. Pancakes, Bacon, and eggs.

"Thanks." I give her a smile as she climbs onto the bed next to me.

I cut a piece of the pancakes putting it into my mouth, enjoying the goodness of her cooking.

"How do you get your pancakes to taste this way?" I ask, putting a strip of the perfectly cooked bacon into my mouth.

"It's from one of my mom's special recipes" She pick the fork up and cut her a piece of the pancakes putting it into her mouth.

"She must was an amazing cook." I put another piece of the pancakes in my mouth, chewing slowly, savoring the taste.

"Yeah, that's one of the things I miss the most about her. Her cooking was the best." Tammy and Tim lost their mother and father in a car accident a few years before I found her. She didn't have any time to really grieve over the loss of her parents, because she had to be strong and step up to support her and Tim.

As I sit here and eat, I listen to her tell me stories from her childhood. I put the last bite of food into my mouth while she just sits next to me. I look over to see her watching me.

"what?" I ask with a raised eyebrow.

"How can you eat that much food every day and not be fat?" She reaches over getting the syrup off the side of my mouth with her thumb, sucking it off her finger.

"I burn calories much faster than a human. Soon you'll be eating like me to feed the baby." I let out a low chuckle. I couldn't stop the smile the spread across my face, as I place my hand on her still flat stomach rubbing it lightly. "Is it too soon to start baby shopping?" I asked her, I don't know much about this, but I'm sure she'll teach me.

"No, it's not too soon." She says smiling at me. "Plus Sarah said I'll only be pregnant for only five months, so the baby will be here sooner than we think." She places her hand on top of mines.

"Do you want to go baby shopping later?" I ask.

"Sure." She says smile.

She places a kiss on my cheek, before she gets off the bed, taking off my big t-shirt that she's wearing, leaving her naked. I watch as she walks towards the bathroom, looking back at me with a lustful smirk before walking into the bathroom.

I get up quickly leaving a trail of clothes behind me, stripping down going into the bathroom. I step into the shower behind her wrapping my arms around her wet body. She's so little compared to me, but our body seems to fit together perfectly. I lean down placing a kiss on her neck causing a low moan to slip out her mouth as the slightly hot water falls onto up. She leans her head over giving me better access to her neck.

"Is this okay with you being pregnant?" I ask, stopping myself before things get heated.

She turns around looking up at me. "It's fine, You're not going to hurt the baby." She traces her finger down my chest until she's holding my now hard member in her hand.

"You're sure?." I don't want to take any chances with harming the baby. That's our future she's carrying.

She places a kiss against my wet chest. "Be gentle with me." She says before standing on her tiptoes placing a kiss on my lips.

After the shower, Tammy and I make our way through the empty castle, going to the training room. Once we get there I see Fred and his mate Sarah standing there waiting, but I don't see Tim.

"Tim where are you?" I ask through the mind link.

"I don't really feel like training today." From the sound of his voice, I can tell he's still asleep.

"Get here now," I tell him, before closing the mind link, not leaving any room for discussion. After a few minutes, Tim walks through the training room doors.

"How do you feel?" I ask him, as he walks over to us.

"I feel fine, just not really in the mood to do anything after killing those wolves yesterday." He stops in front of me, sliding his hands into the pockets of his shorts.

"You have to train, your training is what going to help you keep your beast under control in any situation," I say shoving him to get his beast agitated. He stumbled back a little letting out a growl. I see his eyes starting to change to black as his beast comes forward.

Right now Tim has a short temple and he has to learn to control it.

"Control it." I frown as I shove him again, causing him to stumbled back further. He let out another growl as his breathing picks up, trying to fight the shift as his beast fights to be let out.

"What if you're out in the city and a human happens to piss you off?! What then huh!!? You're going to get angry and lose control and shift in front of everyone exposing us, the werewolves, and every other supernatural creature?" I deliver a hard blow to his gut, causing him to drop down to one knee. His teeth started to elongate, and his face and jawbones slowly start to reform.

"That's enough Blake." I hear Tammy say.

"Stay out of this Tammy. He has to learn to control it, Unless you want him going out somewhere and losing control, killing hundreds of innocent people." I frown over at her. She has to stop treating him like a small child. He's eighteen, he's not a kid anymore.

I frown back over at Tim. "I thought you would've been strong enough to handle this, but I guess I was wrong. You're weak!" I glare down at him on his knee.

He let out a loud roar. "I not weak!" He slowly stands to his feet. His breathing starts to even out, and his eyes change back to their normal color as he fights the beast back.

He did it, he stops himself for losing control for the first time.

"Good, now shift," I tell him.

I watch as he shifts into his beast. "Fred you're on defense, Tim you're on offense." Fred quickly shifts into his huge grey wolf, walking over stopping in front of Tim growling.

Tim attack, but Fred dodged every one of Tim's attacks with ease. "Tim he's a werewolf and you're a lycan. You're stronger and faster it shouldn't be this hard for you to land an attack." I say, watching their quick movements

Tim let out a growl. "He's not just a werewolf, he's a werewolf who you have trained since he was four years old!" He says through the mind link, continuing to go after Fred.

Fred's not a normal werewolf. One cold winter about eighteen years ago, I found Fred when he was four years old. He was abandoned in the forest left to die. The strange thing is when I found him he was shifted into his wolf. All my years I never saw a wolf shift that early. The healers couldn't explain it. The only explanation they had was that his wolf must have surfaced early to help him survive that cold winter. No one came to claim him, so I gave him to a family who was willing to take him in. But they brought him back the next day, saying he wouldn't stop crying and that he kept asking for me. When they wouldn't bring him back to me, he would shift and attack them. I had no clue how to take care of a child, so he stayed here in the castle and did what I did. He trained with me and watched me ruled over the wolves. He's from a beta bloodline, but with the training from me, I have made him the strongest wolf alive.

"Anyone can Dodge an attack. How bout you stop running and fight back, and don't hold back this time." Tim says to Fred through the mind link.

I hear Fred laugh through the mind link. "As you wish." He takes off quickly running towards Tim.

Tim stands there on his hind legs growling, waiting for Fred. Once Fred gets close, Tim attack swinging his sharp claws through the air. Fred tried to Dodge the attack but wasn't quick enough. Tim claws slice into his side, but that doesn't stop Fred. Fred biting down, sinking sharp teeth into Tim's leg, causing Tim to roar out in pain. Fred uses the weigh of his huge wolf to knock Tim to the ground. He quickly gets to Tim's neck and bites down forcing Tim to submit, winning the fight.

Fred shifts back and helps Tim up. "You're getting better bro, you actually landed a good attack this time." He says pointing to his bloody side, that's already starting to heal.

Sometimes it amazes me how strong Fred has gotten over the last eighteen years. I knew with me training him it would make him much stronger, but I didn't expect him to be this strong. Fred's a beta wolf, but I have no doubt that he can take on any alpha and probably walk away without even a scratch on him.

"But you still took me down with ease," Tim say standing to his feet.

"It takes time, but you're getting better." Fred gives Tim shoulder a light squeeze, as they walk over to me.

After training with them for a couple more hours, I go take a quick shower then head out with Tammy to get some baby stuff. Once we get to the mall we make our way into one of the stores that sell baby stuff.

"So what all do we need," I ask her, walking through the store.

"We need one of these car seats." She says pointing at them. Looking at all the colors I stop at a blue one with little dogs on it.

"I like this one." I pick it up sitting it inside the basket.

"We have to get one that will fit a boy or a girl since we don't know what we're having yet," Tammy tells me.

"Well, we'll get both of these." I pick up a pink one with rainbows on it and sit it in the basket too.

"I don't want to waste your money with buying two."

"It's not my money, it's our money. What's mine is yours and we have more money than we'll ever need so it's okay." I always have to tell her that my money is her money and that she never has to ask or worry about it.

"So what else do we need?" I ask her.

"Bottles, the baby crib, and a few clothes." She links her arm around mine, walking next to me as I push the basket.

Once we get everything we need we go to the front getting into the waiting line. "I'll be right back, I need to go speak to a friend a couple of stores down." She gives me a nod and I quickly leave out the store.

I walk into the store going up to the front. "I'm here to pick up my order," I tell the lady.

"Yes, of course, Just one second." The lady says smiling, before walking into the back. She comes back and hands me the small black box. I open it to see the custom made ring I got for Tammy.

In my world, we don't do marriage, but Tammy is human. I know getting married is something she always wanted to do. She said she always wants to have a big wedding and now I will give her the biggest wedding ever. Wolves from all over the world will come to see their king and queen get married.

"Its beautiful, whoever she is she's a lucky girl." The lady says with a smile.

I look at the women, before looking back down at the ring. "No, I'm the lucky one," I tell her before putting the box into my jacket pocket and leaving out the store. Once I get back to the baby store I see Tammy at the front paying for our things.

After looking around in a couple more stores and buying a few more things, we leave the mall heading back home. "Are you okay, you haven't said much since you came back from speaking with your friend."

"Everything's fine." I give her a smile. But to be honest I'm kinda nervous. I never really been much of the romantic type, I just hope she likes what I have planned for her.

Driving through the gates up to the castle, I get out and get the stuff we bought out the trunk. As I walk up to the door a snowball hits me in the back of my head.

I look back to see Tammy who's laughing.

I let out a low growl sitting all the bags down. "You're going to pay for that." I scoop up some snow forming a snowball.

"Blake don-" before she could get her words out I throw the snowball hitting her in the face starting the snowball fight.

As I lean down to get another snowball she jumps on my back knocking us both to the ground. We both lay there laughing for a minute before I stand up, helping her up.

"What's this?" She bends down picking up the little black box that must have fallen out my jacket pocket.

She sees it now, so I guess its only one thing I can do. I take the box out her hand and get down on one knee.

"I had a big dinner and stuff planned for you, but I guess this moment couldn't be any better. Tammy, my love will you marry me." I open the box showing the ring.

"Yes!!" She holds her hand out letting me slide the ring on her finger. She knocks me back to the ground, hugging me while crying happy tears.
