.Lying Puzzle.

It's a warm and radiant day but someone is still snoring...

The alarm goes off when Y/N reaches for her phone under the pillow as she gets up.

A big smile appears on her sleepy face as she remembers, today it's her first day of college; just the thought of a new school year makes her shiver in excitement.

She quickly gets up from the bed as she sees the time...

"Oh, my lord! I can't afford to be late on my first day of college... Y/N you idiot!"

Y/N trips on the blanket that was hanging from the bed towards the ground but she manages to do a front flip...

Baaammmmm! The door bursts open as Y/N's personal maid comes in wearing an apron and sweating bullets.

"...Oh my god, miss Y/N you are totally going be late if you don't wake...up...n..."

She stops shouting as Y/N glares at her. She then proceeds to quietly step out of the room and closing the door behind her, but this time softly.

A big sigh arises from Y/N as she mutters underneath her breath...

"How many times do I have to tell dad that I can take care of myself! I'm not a kid anymore...I'm gonna be 18 soon!"

"Bip-Bip"

Y/N's phone lightens up as she receives a message, she immediately runs towards the bed and searches for her phone when she picks it up and checks...

"Haha...as expected from the always-on time queen!"

She smiles as she reads the message, it was from Lauren, she was coming to pick Y/N up in 40 minutes. Although Y/N has a car and can drive perfectly fine, she prefers having Laurens company.

Lauren Collins, Y/N's childhood best friend, her dad owns one of the biggest company in France just like Y/N's dad who owns one of the biggest company in France and Korea.

Y/N dashes to the toilet to have a quick shower. After a while, she comes back and chooses her clothes.

She decides to go with something simple and comfortable because she didn't want to attract too much attention and she knew it was going to be a long day.

She brushes her hair and puts on her favourite ring while quickly packing her indigo bag and rushing downstairs.

When she enters the kitchen a sudden smell of delicious hot chocolate and pancakes greet her, which Mia(maid) left on the table while she washed the piles of dishes in the sink.

"...oh Miss Y/N, that was quick. The breakfast is on the table and it would be wise to eat rapidly. Miss Lauren will be here in 10 minutes if I'm not wrong."

Y/N nods as she sits on the chair and starts digging. She eats the fluffy pancakes and chugs down one big glass of hot chocolate tranquilly.

As she walks out of the kitchen the doorbell rings causing Y/N to jog until she opens the door- allowing Lauren's cheerful face to pop in.

"Yooooo! Ready to go princess?"

As Lauren exclaims her morning voice makes them both giggle while they reach the car.

The drive was anything but quiet, both of them were excitingly talking about what they wanted to do this year and how much they were looking forward to experiencing new things.

At last but not least they arrive at their destination.

Both went straight to their class to avoid the crowd of rowdy people and waited for the professor to come.

As the professor entered everyone went quiet, she gave off the aura of someone who will punish you for even breathing.

The professor called herself Mrs Stewart and she assigned everyone a seat even though it was rare having a sitting plan in this college.

Y/N's seat was at the back near the window, Lauren, on the other hand, had to seat two seats in front of her with a guy.

The lesson commenced and everything was good other than Lauren, who occasionally looked back and did a sad puppy face to show how much she would love to be there next to Y/N.

Lessons ended smoothly for the day and both of them were leaving the school gates when Y/N's ring suddenly falls from her small fingers while she was busy scratching, making her run towards the opposite direction from where the car was.

She finally grasps the ring. Immediately getting up, she hits someone; without even glancing at the person's face she slightly bows her head, says sorry a couple of times then runs towards Lauren's car.

UNKNOWN PERSON'S P.O.V

I collide with a stranger, as I look down a small creature is presented in front of me rubbing her forehead then bowing and saying sorry so many times that I couldn't keep the count up.

Before I get the chance to say my excuses she runs away towards another girl. I suppose her friend who was waiting for her.

"Now, I'm looking forward to this weekend."

AFTER 5 DAYS-SUNDAY

It's still early in the morning and Y/N wakes up, feeling restless.

She remembers what her dad announced last night; today she will be attending one of her dad's meeting in another company, yet she ought to know why.

That was the first time she was told to be present in a meeting between two companies, not that she lacks the talent to do so, however, her dad was simply excellent at his job and never needed Y/N to join or lend a hand.

Y/N was still confused about the reasoning behind her dad's announcement but she didn't bother putting too many conjectures towards it.  She decided to wear the dress and accessories her dad gave her for today. Usually, she despises wearing fancy attires but her dad asked her to look more gracious as the client is very important so she had no other choice.

She really admired her dad and always promised to listen to him no matter the request because she believed in him.

She wore the outfit and looked on the mirror with a smug face as she assured herself...

"Well, I don't look half bad now, do I! And that's why I don't dress up."

After staring at her own reflection for a while she hears Mia calling from downstairs.

She slowly goes out of the room and carefully walks down the stairs, she was never too meticulous with heels, not that she remembers ever being able to stay put without tripping at least twice while wearing them.

TIME SKIP-AFTER 38 MINUTES-Y/N'S P.O.V

The driver finally stops the car and nods when our eyes meet. I go out and start heading towards the automatic door of the colossal building.

I step inside and proceed to the counter, I tell them my name and the whole place goes silent for an instant when all of a sudden everyone stands up and bows directing at me.

I panic not knowing how to react when one of the employees' benevolently volunteers to guide me to the room where the meeting was held.

We stand outside a marble door, meanwhile, the employee faces me and bows before exiting towards the direction we came from.

I start getting nervous so I take a deep breath and reach my hands out but before I could even touch the handle, the door opens and my hands slip as I stumble forward but don't touch the ground.

I squint my eyes open when I realize I was being held by a tall, muscular man with a very calming scent.

UNKNOWN PERSON'S P.O.V

As I was talking to Mr Raven about our deal while waiting for his daughter I hear some footsteps outside. I decide to go and check who it was but as soon as I open the door something collapses on me, I look down and see the same girl from Tuesday behaving similarly to our last encounter.

She looks at me with her eyes wide open like she saw a ghost while she clenches her jaw in embarrassment.

This time I gaze at her carefully, for some reason I couldn't look away from her.

Her light brown eyes appeared deep and pure, her hair was long and dark but flowed down her shoulders like a veil and her lips looked so soft like it was made of cotton.

As we stare at each other her mouth finally opens when she converses with her soothing voice...

"Umm...excuse me, I'm very sorry."

I felt chills rapidly going down my spine as I slowly unwrap my hands around her back.
