Chapter 45

Megan's POV

I stirred awake from what I could call sleep. I opened my eyes slowly and glanced at my surroundings. My mind went blank at first and I couldn't decipher where I was immediately. I propped myself up with my elbows and I hissed at the pain that shot through my whole body. 

I had a good look at the room again and I became less worried when I realized this was my room - the room that had always belonged to me, here in the Magical kingdom. The memories of what had happened few minutes or hours ago came in a flash. I remembered I collapsed into Morgana's arms. 

I sat down properly on the bed, thereby lifting my weight off my hands. I got rid of what was used to cover and warm me up. I ran my fingers through my hair in an attempt to straighten  and arrange the few locks that might have been entangled. I was about to stand up when the door came wide open.
