Megan's POV
"What took you so long?" Morgana asked as soon as she saw us. "I'm sorry." I watched as her eyes focused on Steve. I cleared my throat to gain her attention. "He's with me." I announced. "I can't leave him back there." I shrugged when Morgana gave me a look."I thought he was the one Mila got the ring for?" She said, more like a question.
"Yeah. It's a long story." I sighed. "Morgana, don't you think we're wasting our time arguing about this?" "And you think we're arguing about something unimportant?" She asked as she crossed her hands across her chest.I rubbed my forehead with my thumb and the index finger. I glanced briefly at Steve, who still looked fascinated about the world we were in. I exhaled slowly and turned to Morgana.

Megan's POVI coughed slightly from the smoke that filled the atmosphere. Everywhere was clouded with smoke and I wondered how much damage Sage has caused to the whole city.I trod along the road carefully, squinting my eyes to see if there was any other person around. Megan's POVI stood at the centre of the city with Steve, Sage and his captives. Sage's eyes never left mine while he waited patiently for me to make my decision.Something kept telling me not to surrender.
