RUBY’S POV

Clarissa succeeded in calming me down and assuring me that nothing was wrong with what I did and when I was calm enough with a clearer head, we continued washing the dishes in silence and when we were done, I was about to go to bed when Clarissa called for me.

“So… there was a development with Simon while you were getting railed by Dax” she began and I looked at her while wiping my hands dry with a kitchen napkin.

“Now, I want you to tell me everything that happened and don’t you dare leave a single part out,” I told her while she blushed and I smiled on seeing how giddy she looked over talking about Simon with me. They were really a perfect pair.

“Simon asked me out on a date when he came over.
